Back from endoscopy!

Hi guys, I made it through my endoscopy (without ANY medication) in one piece! So it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I gagged a bit when they first put it down and also when it went down to my stomach. The whole thing took about 3 minutes. They used a child size scope on me since I chose to not have medication which I was thankful for.

They did not see barretts, ulcers, gastris or esphogitis. So with that, he thinks its just acid and asked me to take the new med (prevacid) that he prescribed. NOW my fear is what if the new meds do not help? Then perhaps it may NOT be acid related?

U must really feel like a King, when ALL-OK report was given to you. Thats nice nothing serious is in there, but than i read somewhere in HW posts, if its the heart thing we or atleast someone us shouldnt be around anymore. Or must have a head count :0) see whoz missing.

Anyways, tell us about your actual phy condition, any pain or discomfort. I mean what is yr body doing now when you've found that nothing is actually wrong with you. Also are you taking ant-acid meds regularly? and how many per day.
