Dear Friends,

I will be gone until Friday afternoon.

Funeral this morning and then uptown to meet with my sister's GYN-Oncology Surgeon for a conference meeting. I believe she will have the CAT SCAN films for us to see.

I am shaking like a leave and hating it.  Prayers please.

Hello my dear friends,

Thank you to each of you. Mary Love, Amo, Southern Star, MJ, Anne and Janice. Your prayers mean so much to me.

I went to the funeral Thursday morning of my sister-in-law's father and then left at 2:00PM for the U of MN Hospital.  My sister is staying at the Hope Lodge Cancer Home...........what a wonderful place they have built.  I am one of her 2 designated care givers so they let both care givers stay in the room last night.

UP this morning and to the Womens' Cancer Center by 8:30, reports were good. She looks good for surgery the first part of January if all continues to go well.  One more chemo, then 3 weeks after that they will do CAT SCAN and procede with surgery. My sister was beaming.......there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Next we took her wig shopping as she lost all her hair 6 weeks back.  She was pleased and of course with her daughter and myself  helping her and a very carrying wig fitter we had some fun with it.

She is not the long curly blond type.......... idea

I am always here for all of you and I try not to be away much but your understanding fills my heart with gladness.

Kitt, that was good news to hear about your sister, infact it was GREAT news!  I am so happy for you and your sister!   wink    Yes it certainly sounds like there is a light at the end of the tunnel!  Thank God!  She is so fortunate to have you, no doubt you and her daughter give her strenght with your caring and helping to take care of her.  May God Bless you all with some healing, good health, and happiness.
