DGL and licorice

There are very few things I can't stand, but the chewable DGL was one of them. I wish I could have tolerated it. It would just make me gag!
I think people with hypertension also have to be careful with licorice.

DGL licorice is not regular licorice, the glycyrrhizic acid has been removed. That is what causes high blood pressure. Please understand that.

Yes, I understand that. But I still couldn't even put those DGL chewables in my mouth. YUK.
There was just something intolerable about them.

Did d gl work I'm currently on a antideppressant so is it OK if I take it in the morning is slippery elm useful or marshmallow can I mix all of them for a tea and is it OK if I take zoloft?
