My daughter has two to three times a week where she has trouble swallowing her food. She said it feels like it's caught in the very back of her throat. She said it seems like food but with some acid. The plastic surgeon that did a couple of her cleft palate surgeries mentioned the idea of doing it, but how do we know she will problems with the swallowing when she takes the test? She did have a surgery on her phyrngeal flap also because it didn't close like ours does because of her cleft palate (I don't know if that could be causing any of the problems since it doesn't happen all the time).
Let me know what you think. We're thinking it would be a good idea to do but just worried it won't happen during the test.
Thanks for your time.
God bless you.
