joy: u homework going fiend! i actually wish i had sum but next semester ill be ready... yeah i bet! makes it quite a year ritE?;)
*hugz* things have softened up.. but my whole upper chest and shoulders feel stiff, is this normal?
yeah 2 days of fully plugged and 1 day of deplugging.. worse dayz i hope r over.. things seem to be bk to normal, so i may stop the pill tomorrow... hmmm... glad to hear ur doin good.. wat hw did u hav?

The usual teacher stuff; creating tests, grading papers, etc. eyes

I'm working myself to death this year. Last year I could leave work at 3:30 and have to take nothing home. This year I'm staying until 5:00 and still having to bring stuff home. That makes a ten hour workday (50 hr work week). smhair

Friday I was getting ready to leave the school. Just as I started to shut the door, I suddenly remembered that I hadn't sent my lesson plans in or our grade level meeting notes to the principal. I had to go back into the clasroom turn on the computer, type up my notes, adjust the lesson plans and then email them to him. mad


I was so exhausted I left a stack of papers ungraded on my desk and a pile of projects not even looked at. I still need to type up my standards and post my Essential Questions for next week.
I'm beat and we've only been in school 48 days. I've still got 142 more days to go and my surgery to get through!   shocked   smhair I need a vacation mad

well today ive been eating noodles.. hav had tons of heartburn pain, not as bad as before but still.. chest is bothering me.. shoulders and under my arms sting, as well as burning across my stomach... the gas burping pains of last 2+ weeks seems to have all disappeared after last nite's burping/palpitations/heartburn/left hand numb nite...
i dont understand it.. i worry the wrap failed.. but i dont understand it since the onyl thing that coulda ruined it was pushing to hard from being plugged but they told me at 2 weeks it didnt matter and that nite a pill basically got stuck.. so i dont know. i drank 2 cap fulls of maalox earlier and it helped.. i am barely burpin... no palps so far today.. i havent eaten much but when i have it seems i can eat way too much compared to yesterday...
i hope the wrap didnt fail because if it did i dont understand at all... all that progress minus 1 bad plugged day and it came un done.. im gonna try and tough it out til monday and call surgery dept. brite and early and ask for fast advice or asap appointment.. sigh...
today i havent done almost anything.. sigh.. wishing all the best,

Last year, there was three of us first grade teachers to share the load and divide up the responsibilities. This year there is two of us. The other teacher is new to first grade and can barely hold up her basic responsibilies. Therefore, I'm stuck with my basic load and the grade leader responsibilities, too. She doesn't want to work on lesson plans until the last minute, which puts me in a bind for finalizing it. I'm hoping she can get adjusted soon so I won't have such a load.

Griff,

Get back to walking - hopefully it will help with most of your problems.  Yes, be sure and ask the dr why you are having burning.  Hope this week is better for you.  Enjoy Olive Garden, sure sounds good.

Joy, allergies are certainly horrible this year.  Hope it gets better soon.

Griff,  It is Monday so I hope you are going to call you surgeon and  discuss your sx and concerns with him.  I hope you find some answers to your problems.  You know I am right here cheering for you.  (((((Hugs))))))

Joy, I am starting a 2 week run of subbing at one of our grade schools today as the regular nurse had surgery on her wrist so I will be doing as you do..........getting up and going to work with the kids.  smhair I wish you a sunny week.

joy: dont worry ill help ya grade i got nothing better to do lol my sister is going nuts over the same thing.. she keeps telling me so wat they save money and i waste more time.:/

still having burning by both sides of my ribs and my lower left side from time to time.. my wrists are really bothering me and i dont know why ergh.. this crap never ends huh lol
is it normal for burning? also keep waking up with spitting blood from i assume acid over nite, but 90% of the previous issues have relatively past, maybe my gallblader is havin issues too? today i drove round, hit the book stores, i ate tons of soup i made wit egg, noodles, carrots, green onions, etc, yum!
also got a new phone lol woot woot!
i caled the surgeon but no response yet and my normal doc wont talk to me, so i dont know lol (he says deal wit the surgeon since i had surgery) so hm...

Griff,

No way you should be spitting up blood.  Call the surgeon and tell his nurse you need to see them today.  Tell her you are spitting up blood.

May be nothing but you certainly should not be spitting up blood.

Hoping for a better day for you today.

Griff, I don't know, is the yellow junk like what you had with the reflux?  Maybe you could go to a walk in clinic.

When is you next scheduled appointment with the surgeon?  Or have you already had your follow up?  Maybe you are having some allergies.

Come on, griff. I could of used your help tonight. I had to grade a four inch high stack of papers tonight. Put grades into the computer for report cards. Then enter data for intervention for my struggling students tonight. I've been working since 5:00 and just now finished. WHEW!

It makes for a long day when you get up at 5:30am!

Bedtime is in 10 minutes. yawn!

saw his assistant last week but i was in plugsville... so i never had the chance to really talk.. i just moaned and pointed.. cavemen got nothin on me lol
i gotta call cause im supposed to see him mon or tues but no one has called.. i was put on sum list:( ill call tomorrow...
yeah the burning on my left side is bizarre? and maybe i should just be more careful on wat im eating? could be its messing up my esophagus?\

joy: i just finished a dang 500 piece puzzle and darn it.. it didnt help anything because it turned out to be 2 different mixed in puzzles... so about 1000 pieces later i realized i was a waste hahah i would help u gradE! i do it for my cousin's 5th grade class.. one of the kids for my sister's class when i helped her grade for name put.. the new superman lol how cute!:D
bill: okay i understand i will call tomorrow...everything else minus minor aches and pains ive been decent chewing my food to a pulp... tonight im burpy and my chest is kinda bothering me... but dinner didnt settle well (my aunt made an amazing chicken/mushroom/onion/bread crumbs/etc. meal it looked like pig slop but TASTED AMAZING!)... i could take sum maalox but it depends how i feel...
heck my uncle nearly died when he learned all the pain meds and etc they gave me when i finally got out of the hospital.. ive never used lol
oh and tomorrow i head to eye doctor.. i've always had issues seeing long distance.. i usually sit close in classes so i never worry rite.. well its been years since my last visit.. my dad's dragging me (yeah im 22 and im stubborn so deal:p )... i know im gonnaa get glasses... i hope i dont look too much like a dork.. maybe ill have kitt help me post of a picture lol

oh yeah and since the surgery on my left leg... the middle of it between the knee and foot.. keeps hurting, i think i mighta wacked it hard but is ee no bruise.. maybe im secretly sleep walking.. eh exercise is exercise lol

Griff, I take probiotics. All it does is keep me from tooting. ;))
Have you ever thought of laser eye treatment. I had mine done two years ago. I used to be blind as a bat, but now I see 20/15. :)
The surgery is not that bad. I barely felt the pressure of the suction. My eyes were horribly blood shot for two weeks, but no pain. I had to wear special googles for a day and every night for a week. My vision was blurry for three days and took a full month for my vision to perfect.
Good luck in seeing the doctor.

hello! i got glasses today! never have before... lol im supposed to use em for driving and seeing the board far away.. big surprise lol wow laser eye? where'd u get it done? was it costly?
doc/surgeon never called me back.. again...
my chest still feels bizarre like something's there but its not... and still slight burning on left side...
oh and driving to eye doctor's wow... made me nausea of course it could just be my dad's driving lol
so i guess ill call tomorrow and see again.. sigh.. life:D

tonight i had some steak and sweet potatoe, sugar snap peas, lil bread with tons of butter... i ate too much (which isnt currently a lot) but was worth it lol

I had to travel all the way to Gainsville to see the top specialist in the area (he has a satellite office in the nearby town). It cost $2,200 per eye. :(
