Bill hope your day went well. I was told my cholesterol is too high and of course they pushed the statins which I refused after telling them if I'm doubled over in stomach pain and I can't breath what good is the medicine doing me. So they reluctantly agreed to go with diet and exercise and plant stanols which a natural product that doesn't hurt my stomach. I exercise lady who was also the one who put me through cardio rehab said I'm still in pretty good shape as far as my level of exercise I can do. I go back Feb. 1 to see how I'm doing. I was given exercise guidelines and diet guidelines to follow.
Kitt, black Friday can be scarry. I like to go to Shopko as they are more civilized and very organized. Some of the other stores have taken their lead which is great as it makes for a safe fun shopping trip for every one. That is the only time of year I go when the stores are crowed as I don't lkie them like that but it's worth the deals for me. Well off to bed for me. Hi to every one else. Barb
