Hi Pandah,
Are you eating frequently with small meal?
Is your procedure called Esophagectomy?
I saw you wrote that your stomach is in place of the esophagus.
With Esophagectomy, I think the doctor shaped stomach into a tube
like esophagus to replace the orginal esophagus.
I don't think Esophyx Tif will be an option. I believe Esophyx is similar to
Nissen in that the doctor go down your throat to do the sewing, etc.
Since Esophagectomy is to mobilize your stomach into the tube fashion to replace the orginal
esophagus, the stomach is no longer in the same stage as before.
I saw these links - hopefully they may be informative and helpful to you.
You should talk to your doctor and a specialist regarding to something
about Roux-en-Y.
I saw the link below something about if one has very bad reflux (bile) posted Esophagectomy,
then the Roux-en-Y procedure is an option that can help prevent further reflux.
Howerver, I do saw those links below while I was combing the net for some info
regarding to reflux, etc. See link below for more detail.
I also saw someone go by the name ceetay posted here on this forum regarding to
esophagetomy and
Roux-en-Y.

Pehaps, you can follow Ceetay link and ask Ceetay more question and details...
Take care.
