How many of you can eat fresh tomatoes with no problems at all? I don't know if it was the tomatoes or the 2 apples I had the night before but I had a lot of chest pain yesterday. I had it under control for close to 7 weeks now...The pain was pressure like something was moving up and down the esophagus sort of spasms..it lasted about
3 hours.
I know tomato sauce is a no no...

any type of tomato product is out of the question when you have GERD - along with anything acid, or honey, peppers, chocolate, coffee, alcohol
i suffer from both GERD and vertigo so either way i suffer
