Thanks for the feedback! I will eat slower and wait until I am done eating to sip on liquids. I also can not tell when I am full, which is exceptionally bad for me bc I LOVE food. I am not severly over weight but am like a fish, if the foods in front of me, I will eat it all. For now on I will cut my food in half to make sure I don't over eat. I was excited to hear I will lose wieght after surgery bc I would be my dream size if I lost about
20 lbs. The foods I chose may slow down the weight loss process.
BTW when I bend down it hurts, but less and less everyday. I have a high tolerance for pain so I tend to be able to do more than most after surgery. I have had an ovarian cyst removed and my bladder scoped (I have intersistial cystitis). This was the hardest although my gallbladder was removed as well as the nissen. I think the gallbladder removal was virtually painless with all that was going on with my stomach At 25 years old I have been through alot.
