I have noticed some increase in acid reflux after exercise; my workout is mostly on a Nordic-Track machine and a Weider Excerciser; I suspect that the condition is due to having had dinner and exercise too close together; also: leglifts are hard on me when I lie on my back which may cause stomach acid to flow backwards through gravidty;
One glass of light beer has helped me (emphasis on ONE); also vinegar with water before bedtime works fairly well; I suppose what we eat is what be pay for later; diets;
