Ive heard that aloe vera juice is great for the digestive system but like many supplements, it is hard to know how well it works and how safe it is since it cannot be FDA approved.
If any have tried it....please let me know.

i took two tablespoons mixed with water before meals. It gives me a pain in my right side, so I stopped taking it...BUT I am the only person I have ever heard of that has had a side effect from it. That is the standard amount, so you should be fine...I get side-effects from taking just a teaspoon, so something about
it just doesn't jive with me.
Be that as it may, I am so sad I can't use it because it got rid of all my reflux. Make sure you take it mixed with water, AND you should drink water afterwards so it (acid) doesn't stick on your teeth. I hope it works for you, I know of many people who use it religiously.

The aloe was great I found that I could buy it rather easily and during the more crucial period it offered alot of relief for the burning. The only side effect is that it can give you a case of Diarrea.
