HELP!!!!!! GERD symptoms in the afternoon/evening

Can anyone share with me their symptoms in the evening? Say from 5pm on. In the afternoon/evenings my symptoms seem to worsen! Pain behind my breastbone, left or right shoulder discomfort and a "burning sensation in my back! Most of the time with no burning with belching!!! Im sick of this and its been a yr. Doc anftr ER Doc saying its Gastro!!!! I want it to stop!!!!

i have gerd and im trying to find out why at 5;00 everyday i get this phlegm in my throat...its doesnt stop until i go to bed at nite.. my doc has me on 3 diff meds for acid reflux.
they dont seem to work. i get no burning feeling but i get chest and back pain.....

What time do you eat?
If you eat sometime around that time your stomach could be getting ready to eat and creating extra acid.
