Stomach nodules

Got rushed back into hospital saturday night with extricating gut pains, again.

Ive only just got back home now, spent 5 days in hospital, and had all tests done at last, shame that at what it takes to been taken seriously tho. I was told 4 months ago at A&E it could be down to gallstones and all my doctor kept saying was acid reflux.


This is what it says on my discharge form

The patient was admitted with epigastric pain radiating to the back. Had previous episodes of similar pain. Pancreatitis score 1 on admission (AST 342). CXR and AXR NAD. USS showed gallstones, no cholecystitis or biliary dilatation, unable to view pancreas. OGD showed small nodule as OG junction and biopsy was taken.

Been told ive got to wait 3 weeks for biopsy results. Im a bit worried about that, as whenever i google stomach nodule it just comes back cancer. :(
Suppose the only good thing about that is that it says "small" but still, got 3 weeks of worrying now.

Oh and is it natural to feel like crap after coming out of hospital, ive just been resting on hospital bed for them 5 days. I feel all light headed now and a bit out of breath after walking a short distance, is that just down to fatigue, need to build my energy up again?

hehe, yes it does drive you crazy dont it. And ive been on omeprozle for 4 months now.

As for my doc, i changed to this one a few years back and his just utter useless, he might aswell just sit there and shrug his shoulders. He dont pay any attention to what i tell him, i tell him one thing and he tells me another. Im going to go back to my old docs even know its over the other side of town, at least i felt like he wanted to help and we could discus things, i should never of moved in the first place.

I guess its where im not eating also, all i eat is bread and cream crackers, drinking plenty of water. Obviously i need some sort of a balanced diet, i cant go on like this, but ive got no idea what i can and cant eat. I need some proper help, i got told sod all in hospital, just you can go. Ok ive got gallstones, what can i eat and not, id rather be feeling like this than risk ending up back in hospital from another attack after eating something i shouldnt.

Yes, i will be having it removed in the near future, just wants to wait for that biopsy result first.

Alcohol i suppose has been the main cause as i have been a heavy drinking, wouldnt say an alcoholic, just like a few beers every other night. So thats getting knocked on the head for sure. Dont drink tea or coffee so no worries there. Past couple of nights ive had a bit of wind and brought up some horrible tasting crap, wernt as yellow as stuff ive brought up in the past, but still not a nice taste tho. Ive got to go see doctor in the morning, so will have a long chat with them and mention Sucrafate. Problem ive had over the past couple of months, is not been able to keep food down, most of the stuff ive eaten ends up down the toilet, i dont know if gallstones is the cause of that. I was actually booked in for an endoscopy tuesday just gone because of that, so i still had it done anyway as i was in hospital at the time.

Ive just sent the misses up the supermarket to get me some low fat food, stuff like potatos, bran flakes, salad and fruit, low fat milk, anything low fat really.
