Hi Everyone,
Scary thing happened to me today and I just want to know if anyone has ever had anything like this ever happen to them..
So I was touring my daughter's elementary school and we were going up a pretty steep flight of stairs to get to the second level. As I was climbing the stairs I started having a really tough time breathing and my heart is pounding. I Couldn't catch my breath and by the time we got to the to the top I was seeing spots and it felt like a huge weight had come crashing down on my entire body and felt like all of my limbs weighed a thousand pounds. Luckily my mother in law was with me and saw that I was struggling. She had me sit down and sip some water. Meanwhile we are in a huge group of about 20 parents so Im feeling a little embarassed. I didn't have any pain or anything just tons and tons of pressure and like my breath was being taken away. I also started to feel really tingley in my limbs kind of like they are about to go to sleep.
So we go back downstairs and I started to feel a little better. Made it home now I feel really dizzy and the tingley sensation is still there. I have an appt to see my dr at 1:00 regarding this.
Also I have been battling with swollen neck glands and chronic left side soar throat. The soar throat feels like extremely bad acid burn just on the left side. I went in and saw my dr last friday and she put me on 10 days of augmentin. I am still on the antibiotic but have been on it numerous times and know this isn't a reaction.
The best way to describe this is it feels like internally I feel like my stomach, esophagus, muscles and my blood vessels are all being pressurized and my body needs to release all this excess air. Like my whole body needs to burp and expel this pressurization. I don't know how air is getting trapped or if this is turning out to be a much more serious problem.. I am just not feeling good and would like someday to get to the bottom of all this and resume my life.
