Paddy,
I agree with Denise..camp out that's about what I had to do with my surgeon with all my bouts after surgery. As for him being anoyed he should live in your body for a week or a day and feel your frustration. We don't want to feel bad all the time and just want to be normal ,alot of the Drs out there really don't know the true scope of the recovery time for these type of surgeries. I was shocked at the time frame they gave me and how long it truly was. That being said alot of people recover in a short period of time. It's been almost a year for me and I still have issues to resolve.
I still think it's a swelling issue but the Dr should be able to help you and rule out anything else that could be wrong If you feel he is just blowing you off and you still feel awful he's going to have to step up and give you some tests or something to help you get better.
I think my surgeon thought I was a DRAMA QUEEN ,so the last time I went in for another seige of the wrapped problems I wrote 3 pages of what was going on and questions and he looked taken back but I read every page and made him answer all questions. I also made an appointment with another Dr. and I will see what he has to say. As for the stress I mentioned when my I don't feel well I stress and have anxiety and I think alot of people do as well even if we don't know it.
Please take care and hope your Doc app. goes well and you get some answers' we are all pulling for you
kindly Julix
