What changes did you make in your diet?
Split meals from the standard three big meals to six (three medium meals and three small snacks). Avoid the obvious triggers: alcohol, spicy food, acidic fruits, caffeine, peppermint, etc. Avoid food that can cause stomach discontent, e.g. cold drink, raw food, hard food, etc. Eat fatty food in moderate quantity. Last but not least, cut down on carbohydrates if you are overweight (I can't because I am underweight).
