Thanks Bill. It is good to have a group of people who have been through the same thing to bounce things off of. Most people just see that you are looking normal and are back to work, they don't realize how much you are still dealing with.
It seems for me that weekends are the toughest, it seems easier to stay on a schedule when I am at work during the week. Plus when I am busier I don't have time to dwell on things. That is when the anxiety seems to get away from me. During the week by the time I get home I am tired and ready for dinner and bed.
I feel calmer now and the nausea seems better,my stomach is even grumbling like it is hungry, but I am nervous about
eating and setting things off again.
