It's been a tough few days! It started with some mild nausea which led to anxiety. Now I have been "cycling" in and out of anxiety for two days now (nuaseau, feeling hot, feeling cold, shakes, etc). I know it is anxiety because the worrying thoughts come before the symptoms. My brain is my greatest enemy right now. I know it is a combination of factors, stress, lack of sleep, pms, etc but it is really annoying. My primary care Dr prescribed very mild xanax and I took a half of one earlier but I didn't really like it. I just need to relax enough to fall asleep and break this cycle.
I don't even think it has anything to do with the nissen aside from the fact that I worry about what I am eating all the time. That has obviously increased my stress and made it easier for me to go into the anxiety mode.
Just venting really but feel free to share your insights if you have any, it does help!
