I have had this same problem for as long as I can remember. It's been much worse recently, but I can't afford to see a doctor, so I turned to the internet.
I too cannot stand the thought or smell of food in the mornings. Even water sometimes makes me vomit. I have only found two things that help in the slightest, so I thought I would share.
First, I've found that dramamine helps the nausea better than any other OTC meds, but it sometimes makes me sleepy in the mornings, which is not good. The non-drowsy kind helps too, but doesn't work quite as well.
Second, I found that when I take a multi-vitimin the "morning sickness" is much worse, so I've stopped doing that and only buy specific vitimins (like C, Cod Liver Oil, or B-Complex) and only take them when I feel I absolutely need to.
