Hello

Wondering if any board members who are in Canada have been able to find good wedge pillows to buy or ship to Canada?

I bought a foam wedge pillow, but it is only 24 inch long and I don't find this is good enough to raise my entire torso.

Ultimately I'd like to find a 32 or 36 inch memory foam wedge, but the only company I've found online won't ship to Canada.

I ordered a good wedge pillow from amazon.com and got it no problem in Canada.

Hi Cylon

I bought a wedge pillow from medslant; I believe they ship worldwide.
However with all pillow's i've tried so far, I found it wasn't enough to hold my reflux
(although I've read the reviews in amazon and it seems to do the trick for quite some people).

That being said, have you tried raising your bed? (using blocks under the legs of the bed)
It is probably the best thing I've done to deal with GERD. I can go to sleep back to normal now :)
