Hi, I know I have posted a few times recently but ii was just wondering how others felt in the weeks on liquids only after the op? I feel awful, tired, weak, and a little shakey! I know I have a few other issues but I guess alot of these symptoms will be due to lack of calories! I'm only managing 600 to 900 calories per day so less than half what I need! How many calories did others manage? Thanks

Thanks. Makes me feel a bit better. Anything is an effort at the moment.

I have also felt really weak and tired after the surgery, I'm about
2 1/2 weeks post op. But, I'm finally starting to add some soft foods, and I just keep reminding myself that this is a long recovery process.
