I go through the same thing... anxiety,,, GERD,,,, heart palpitations... I am not on any meds for anxiety and for GERD i take OTC Zantac 75. I am learning not to stress over the heart palps although it is one of the hardest things i have ever had to overcome. I think that they are linked to GERD, however there are times where i could just think,, "oh wow,, no heart palps today,, thats great" and then by the end of the day i will have em. When you get the heart palps.. think of what you have done or eaten in the day that may have caused them. Maybe even keep a journal for a while about them so that if it is caused by GERD etc then you will know what to avoid.Also stay away from caffeine.,. (BIG stimulant for heart palps). I am a big pepsi drinker and it is hard buy i drink caffeine free and its ok,.. but i also drink alot of Spring Water to help with the GERD. Whenever i feel the heart palps i just try to ignore them and go on,,, sometimes i can,, sometimes i cant and it starts an anxiety attack...Hope some of these suggestions help.
