How many people only have throat symptoms?

I know LPR is supposed to be silent reflux.

I wonder how many people really only have throat symptoms.

There are still some belief that LPR does not an accurate diagnosis for throat issues.

I had throat, sinus, and lung symptoms. That's why it took 3 years for the doctors to figure it out with me. They thought it was allergies or asthma.

Did you have a ph test to confirm reflux?

Yes, and barium swallow, EGD, manometry, and stomach emptying.
