GERD Maybe?? Can someone give me advice--please?????

Hi All,   Just a bit about me- I have suffered with migraine disease for about 11 years but other than that no major health concerns.   Back in mid-September I woke up in the middle of the night with severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.   I thought perhaps I received a bad batch of medication that I normally take to help me sleep. I thought that I would feel better the next day once it got out of my system.   However, the next day was more of the same to the point where I called my MD and was told to go to urgent care and get fluids so I wouldn’t dehydrate.   I had never been that nauseous before, I didn’t have a fever nor stomach pain.   The ER said that I probably had E.Coli, gave me meds and sent me home.   A couple of days later, with the same symptoms I was told to go back to the ER, I got more fluids, a CT scan that showed nothing unusual and to follow up with a gastro doctor.     The next week I actually saw two gastro doctors, between the two doctors, I’ve gave 12 vials of blood to be tested for all kinds of things like Chron’s, Celiac, H.Pylori, different types of cancers etc.   All nothing.   By this time we are in to October and I was passing green stool and still eating soup and drinking Gatorade and water.    The gastro doctor said that he thought that I could have had E.Coli and that it made my esophagus, stomach etc inflamed as it passed through and that I should get over this soon. In November, most of the symptoms went away except, once in awhile a sore throat but the biggest concern was a quivering stomach.     I went back to the doctor’s office and saw a physician’s assistant who diagnosed me with GERD based upon the acid in my throat when I wake up in the morning and the fact that when I eat my I have pain right under my breast bone. The pain feels like a sore muscle, it usually starts when I eat and will go away about 30 mins to an hour after I finish eating. She prescribed Protonix and Zantac.   Next, I had a endoscopy which showed nothing and a gastric emptying study which both showed up nothing.       I just went back to gastro yesterday and he basically showed me all of the tests and how it ended up nothing.   Then he said that I have non-ulceric dyspepsia which is basically a stomach ache and that the reason why I am not eating regular meals is because I am afraid my stomach will hurt. He gave me a different med for my stomach quiver and sent me on my way. I am really at a loss- I know that my stomach hurts when I eat and I know that I still after 3 months cannot eat normal meals.   Any thoughts as to what could be the problem?

According to my doctor that checked for any Gallbladder abnormalities. I am not sure what tests they ran to check it but I assume they didn't see anything on the CT and sonogram. Should they check another way??
