You mention that when you had a barium swallow study done it looked like your Linx was moving above the diaphragm. You may be dealing with a sliding Hiatus hernia which could be causing the Linx to be somewhat ineffective. If I were you I would get a copy of the barium study, the place that did the study can put the images on a cd, and take it to someone that could possible address the issue if the Linx surgeon is unwilling to do so.
