Hi sammywalker,In my four years participating on this forum, I've talked to many, many people who are having trouble at the three month mark. That's usually the time when people begin to challenge their healing wraps with foods that they haven't tried to this point. Also, they're often forgetting the "small bites and chew, chew, chew" routine. I've come to believe that it's a very common occurrence.
My suggestion is probably exactly what you're already doing. Back off of the foods/drinks you've introduced, and baby your stomach and wrap until it has been feeling "perfect" for about two weeks. Then gradually introduce new things again. Be sure to continue with the small bites and chew thoroughly, whatever you eat.
Hang in there...remember that this surgery takes six months for most of the healing and a year for the rest. I found improvements even into the second year.
Happy healing!
