Depending on how bad your symptoms are, you may want to live with the possibility of diarrhea. I've never suffered much from it, unless it's a really bad bought of reflux, want to talk about a burning sensation, anyway..
I find that the nausea will affect me most times if I try to eat first thing in the morning, off and on. But over time goes away. Usually, you will feel very nauseated when the reflux is in full swing, the stomach is burning, and you feel the esophygus eating it's way out of your chest. This is usually when the nausea hits me.
Why do they need so many letters in medical words.. Arg.. lol
Good luck. Nexium is an options, but I'd recommend using it as a last choice. The rest didn't work for me.. But it sure works.
