I believe my symptoms are reduced by eating smaller meals, but I do have to eat more frequently, and I do not need to lose any weight. My workday doesn't allow for several lunch breaks. Also, a lot of reflux-friendly foods tend to be low-calorie, which does not make them ideal when you have to get some quick energy that will hold you for several hours. Is there a better solution than bringing a duffel bag full of celery sticks and melon balls to work everyday? Would nuts or dried fruit be good, natural alternatives? What snack foods have you found that will stave off hunger effectively without causing acid reflux?
