The only way to tell is to try them - as long as you don't have a life-threatening reaction. The thing is do you have a sensitivity to any of the many ingredients? Lactose intolerance? Sulfite? Food coloring? You can't just go by brand names. Read the ingredient labels. There is no one group of foods to eat or avoid for everyone with reflux.
I keep a food journal (aka food-log, notebook, etc.) of all the foods I eat. See many posts on this subject.
I am lactose intolerant, so if I want ice cream or frozen yogurt I have to eat several Lactaid tablets and still expect diarrhea.
I don't tolerate sorbet because it's main ingredient is corn syrup. (sulfites)
I can eat some frozen fruit bars, but only one because of the corn syrup and dyes.
Soy products are noted for processing with sulfite, so I have to try a small amount of each one.
My worst food sensitivity is to sulfites, but you may or may not have a problem with this. There is no recognized test for it. I get reflux-type symptoms and tachycardia reactions.
