Have you been to an ENT? Dry air will do this for me, I get really minor bloody noses pretty easily and I had the same thing happen to me, it still does unless I sleep with a humidifier.

An ENT will be able to scope you easily and let you know if there are any serious problems, since your dentist and your endo came back fine.

Oh I can feel your pain with anxiety. I have that too.
In all honesty, there really is not much that people can say to you that will make you feel better when you have such high levels of anxiety. I know for me, I need my doctor to validate my feelings and either tell me what is wrong or that I am making mountains out of molehills.

If you currently see someone for help with your anxiety that is great, if not, it might be something you bring up to your physician. Health anxiety is debilitating mentally and also physically. It keeps you from healing.
