Well Marco I definitely have my way around when it comes to bash potatoes eight those being vegan soup and every day I actually added in some soft carrots last night and is actually really good so I think I'm in a stick trying some more vegetables I'm also going to try some chili since real similar to being in bacon soup.
I guess you can say we are in the same boat and mashed potatoes the chili the constant hope things are going change. Now I am sure that it will work out in the end and everything I just think truly we all have to just keep healing and it's going to take at least three months for everything that work itself out and used to our new bodies .
It's really difficult to think that over a two hour -three hour long surgery we all completely changed our entire eating habits like everything we knew before is gone. now it's a 1/2 a cup of food every single serving. That's its.
It's good to hear that I'm right about
something even though it is the fact that I'm right about
constipation. it just seems to be right when you don't eat a lot and of course it's not to happen every day. then I totally know what you mean by when people ask you things Marco that you can't really answer because you don't know how to answer them because all we eat is it so little like a pudding I know for me when people ask me I'm like I had a half a of pudding and a 1/2 of a Jell-O.
It's officially 27 days for me but thinking of it being four weeks tomorrow is pretty astonishing. I am glad that I am making it this far obviously I'm not going to get worse off since I'm so far out and neither are you or Laurie . Laurie u r doing really great I think we're right behind u.
Marco I think you're right when you say that your throat issue could be something else there's a lot of different things out there and there could be something though I'm not a throat specialist so I can't say what if I think of anything I'll let you know my first thought is a really bad case of allergies.
What exactly are your symptoms? Like you I would tell everybody the same exact thing if you're having surgery it's going to be a really hard month and before you have surgery make sure you get every single Tesla to manage imaginable and also do every kind of medical procedure before a test and try every medication you can before surgery is no joke it's life-and-death really plus the psychosurgery is very complicated many don't understand what it really does.
One new thing for me (which is strange) The last two days my gas situation has been going away but what's really strange is now I can't really Burp. is anyone else at the situation? If I am able to help anyone I totally am and will keep trying. I don't know how much my words helped anyone at this point but I do hear a lot of thank you's which I appreciate. I am on a couple of these forums which I actually need to catch up on. Guess I'm do for some late night reading .
I am truly happy that all of us are doing so well I pray for us all time thinking God is listening and things will get better. Laurie I had a couple days like that too with having to hack up stuff I don't know if was like a little cold or if it is a surgery related thing my Dr. Said is surgery related that the throat has to clear out the rest of the gases too.
I have been having a ton a shoulder pain I'm actually going to consider about
getting some Cortizone because it's terrible I can't sleep so and it's been in a accident in the past so this has made it worse. One bit of good news is I'm actually starting to get some energy back I am tired a lot but getting my energy back and I have less in the amount of pain medication I'm on it's more like 6 to 7 hours rather than four hours apart.
I totally hear you about
the bloating so so tired of it every single time I eat it feel like a ballon but it doesn't expand like a balloon like it used to it's just still flat and I'm also losing a lot of weight I'm Down to 140 even now so since surgery 12 pounds. I haven't attempted eating out with someone yet I still far too embarrassed but the holidays are rolling around and birthdays and whatnot so I'm assuming I'm in a have to get over that hump.
Laurie I am surprised that u can't have lettuce yet. Tho I can't either I sure would love to. i'm glad to hear that you guys are doing great and gives me a lot of hope. I'll post tomorrow most likely if not it will be the day after I have a ton of homework I have to do so I'm not sure if I'll get around to posting tomorrow but I'll be thinking of you guys.
