Heartburn or Angina

I'm having chest pains that started about 3 months ago. I didn't suspect heartburn since the pain started on the right side of the chest area and persisted for 2 weeks and moderated in the late afternoon each day . I then begin to experience mild dull transient pains on both sides of the chest. I'm still having the transient dull pains on both sides of the chest, but now a mild burning pain is present in the middle of the chest behind the breastbone. I've had an echocardiogram, nuclear stress test, EKG and chest Xrays - all looked ok. My cardiologist is considering the heart cath procedure to be absolutely certain that the problem is not heart related. I'm starting to think that my problem might be related to a problem with my esophagus
because sometimes when I swallow or drink something, the burning behind the breastbone becomes a bit more severe. I also have developed an overall feeling of fatigue. Has anyone experienced these symptoms and had them diagnosed as Acid Reflux or esophagus related ?

Does the pain come and go?
I have similar symptoms and I am having an endoscopy then a ph test. I Probably should consider looking into heart issues?? Good luck.
