I was looking up a GERD site and found some advertising for this product. They say it is a cure for GERD?
Have you tried it?

On Amazon there were six positive reviews, and two negative ones. It's expensive, and reportedly not a cure: you have to keep taking it.

It seems like it is just a type of aloe vera supplement or a derivative of aloe, even though they say its "not aloe"
