What do people take when they get headaches. Mine are probably caused by my ppi I would guess. I use to to take Advil but that's an NSAID terrible for ulcers. Now I take nothing and just deal with the pain. Any thing that doesn't hurt stomach but helps head.

A heat pack round your neck , relaxes muscles , or rub tiger balm on your temples of your head. Works for me every time, the tiger balm

Tiger balm? Hmm ok I'll try it. I just have chronic headaches that I think are side effects of Prilosec. So I hate having to take Advil or Tylenol.

Make sure you get the white tiger balm, that one is specially developed for headaches but as last resort I use any colour tiger balm . You can use it on minor muscle aches and works on a stomach ache as well. Watch out for the eyes and delicate areas below obviously don't want to be touching those after putting on tiger balm.
