Thank you JessiT. My dr says walking is fine but wait until 4 weeks to do more cardio than that. Also to not lift over 10 lbs ever. I thought this was only during recovery. He says most failed wraps are due to lifting and putting strain on the diaphragm. I had a lot of repair to my diaphragm, maybe that's why, I don't know. No more push ups either. Yoga now must be modified.
This all sucks as I have a very bad back. Yoga and exercise control that pain and give me freedom. Now to learn to alter all of that. I have a large home too so that does help with moving around. I also have gym equipment in my basement I can use once I feel well enough. Just need to find the energy now too. I did get moved up to mushy foods yesterday so that should help with energy.
