Andy1986,
I plan to go back to my doctor if the symptoms don't go away. The pain in my arm is not that frequent than the pain in my back, and November07 is right, I think it's not really pain, but a discomfort. Can anxiety add to my symptoms? I was so worried this past few days because I kept on thinking if this is something else. The moment I wake up, I already think if I had any pain or if I am feeling sick.
Well anxiety tends to make everything worse. Its hard not to think about
symptoms first thing when you wake up, I do the same thing when I'm not feeling well. Thinking about
them definitely makes it feel worse but you can't force your thoughts to change. It does get better though, with time once your symptoms are more under control it gets easier to not focus on it all day and take your mind off it whatever way you can. I like reading, tv or playing games, sometimes its easier said than done, when symptoms are bad it just isn't possible, but thats the time to just baby yourself and do anything you can to feel better.
Diet can definitely dramatically improve symptoms if your still having very fatty or spicy foods I suggest experimenting and reading some books on it to get a vague idea what you can and cant eat.
