stomach emptying study

hi everyone,

conducted stomach emptying study which came back normal. I do, however, feel my stomach and pulpitation of it all the time, fullness and belching several hours after eating. I am diagnosed with GERD, my motility tests showed wider than normal LES, some motility issues. Does anyone know if stomach emptying study definitively rules out issues with the valve that opens into smaller intestine? I just feel food for a long time (through pressure and belching) despite normal results. thanks for your replies

thanks for the reply. I was told i had small ulcers. it is possible that gastritis gives all the pain. Not sure if gastritis can also give acid reflux? I am taking Zantac once a day now and manage via diet. Are gastritis/ulcers and GERD somehow related?
