hi there, i too have gerd and gastritis (minor ulcer)... not that i have a success story to share yet
but at least my constipation improved a lot - try soaking raisins over night, drink the juice and eat the raisins. another thing that worked for me is kefir (especially with protein meals), i found that yogurt contributed to the issue... and probiotics. not sure if you can combine all the meds. i stay off them all together trying to manage via diet (a separated food diet). i lost a lot of weight and find it hard to gain it because the diet is way too healthy i try to keep carbs down as many suggested that low carb diet is the way to go,
