Chest pain and pain while swallowing

Hi, I'm hoping someone could give me some advice. I've recently been diagnosed with Gastritis and Gerd. I have very mild inflammation in my esophagus. Medication has not been helping for me at least not a hundred percent. Before I was diagnosed my symptoms were post nasal drip, wheezing, hoarseness of voice, chronic cough, shortness of breath and difficulty swallowing. Just this past week I'm experiencing a pain on my right side by my rib and an area. If I press down it hurts and while I swallow it kinds hurts too. Now this past Sunday I decided to work out with weights and Monday morning I woke up with this pain that has not gone away. I'm not really sure if this pain is related to the reflux or if injured myself internally and that's why I'm in pain. But I do know that now I'm am experiencing the pain while swallowing. Has anyone experienced this before with Gerd? Thank you

I've already been on three medications whuch haven't worked. Right now I'm in Zantac for two weeks to see how it works. I had xrays and an ultrasound done to check the gallbladder but everything came out good.
If I swallow. Saliva I feel the pain so not just food. If I sneeze I feel the pain. I've been told before that maybe allergies are causing my reflux but my doctor never agreed with that.

No nothing is getting stuck! Just I get pain on my rib when I eat :/ It's very weird. I see a new GI next week hoping to get some answers

I'll try to mention it to my doctro,but it will be hard to have further testing done since they kinda already ruled it out:/ Thanks for your help!
