I used a protein powder called Whey Cool..It is sugar free and is sweetened with stevia, it has whey protein but is denatured so very digestible and delicious..It literaly saved me when I had nausea for almost a year..I used very very ripe banana which I would peel and freeze before adding and you can add other fruits if you want and even some greens (like frozen spinach or kale)...Then I would add a cup or so of almond milk and blend..It tasted as good a a real milkshake and is very digestible..good luck!
