Well...I feel a little 'mired' in all the research/reading I've been doing to try to help my LPR!
I bought the 'Dropping Acid' book but was surprised to see gluten/wheat/dairy/sugar as a big part of the recipes. I've been hearing a lot about
how going gluten-free has helped enormously, for lots of people, and while I'd like not to have to do it, I'll do it!
Then heard about
Fast Tract/sibo, etc.
Which is best? Or does it just depend?
I'm going on assumption (I still have some things to be confirmed by more testing, I think) that I have LPR that is caused by pepsin. Also usually have lots of bloating (stomach) and some indigestion with it.
