The company will be starting trials in 2015 - looks to me to be a fantastic solution without the major surgery!

Oh wow, a smart device indeed! I wonder how it would do at stopping LPR? I also wonder if they take guinea pigs (per se) for trialing things like this? :)

The Dr is Dr Norman Godin, I phoned him in Geneva, they are not yet ready, it will be 2015 for clinical trials now, but probably worth phoning him next year to get your name down.
