Hi everyone, had a great time in fabulous Las Vegas. Kept the GERD under control pretty much, but had a terrible time with the IBS. All that alcohol and rich food at the buffets was a killer. The bathrooms seem so far away when you`re having a bad time. Every day since I came back I have been trying to start this carb avoidance thing of the docs, but I give in everytime and have some bread or something. It`s really hard to get into, but I will keep trying.

Welcome back! Glad you had a great time in Vegas and kept the Gerd under control. I quess the IBS had other plans for you. LOL

Did you win a ton of money or did you pay for the Fabulous Light Shows? LOL

Hi Vanessa and Teri, Didn`t win tons of money. It`s a fantastic place, just wish it were nearer. Had a wonderful time apart from the IBS. It`s a terrible affliction. Running for a bathroom through casinos is no joke, especially when you don`t make it!!!!!!!!! Anyway this is the GERD forum, listen to me going on about IBS. LOL. Thanks for your concern.
