Yes I find the same with moving around when my stomach is bad. I avoid lying flat because that seems to make it worse, probably because my stomach cant empty properly, so usually sit up or lie on an incline.
I think if I had a banana and veggies, even cooked, for breakfast it would really worsen my symptoms. Might be worth trying mainly bland carbs for a few meals see if it makes a difference.
Hopefully the HIDA scan shows something, let us know, it's one of the few tests I've never had but always wondered if I should have, but my pain isn't restricted to the right hand side and my stools never float which suggests I'm absorbing fat ok and my gallbladder is ok.
It varies when I take the DGL, sometimes I take it 20 mins before meals but it can make me feel a bit nauseous so now I've been sucking on one after every meal. Seems to help a bit, I think the added saliva helps my digestion too.
