Constipation after Nissen Fundoplication

Hi,

I had my op four days ago and so far have not had a bowel movement, but a lot of discomfort and gas. Has anyone else experienced this and got any useful mild remedies. Otherwise my surgery went well, I have the usual gas pains in shoulders and some discomfort swallowing but nothing major.
