you're symptom of stomach pain when you aren't eating and no stomach pain when you eat is consistent with gastritis.
i'm so sorry that you're family isn't being supportive. please be assured that you can take care of this. and you must take care of it. stop eating any junk food. eat all and as many vegatables as you want from work(it sounds like they are permissive about
you eating), only eat fish or chicken breast or turkey breast, no fruits except bananas and pear and apples and drink only water or chamomile tea. if you need one coffee day please take something like prelief with it or have a low acid coffee. if dairy is not a trigger, eat dairy. for two weeks to a month keep a food diary and see how you feel eating this simpler diet and how you feel the following two weeks adding food back in. see what triggers symptoms. share it with your doctor. for at least two weeks stay away from pickles, sauerkraut, butter, coconut products, tomatoes, chilis, onions, peppers (except fresh sweet red pepper), vinegar, garlic, citrus, berries, and white bread products, try to limit your intake of food preservatives to none and canned foods. and no juice, no alcohol, no yogurt, no kombucha, no coffee, no tea and especially no soda or any carbonated drinks. just drink water or chamomile tea. if you must have a caffeine hit, 1 cup of coffee is acceptable to avoid headaches.
look up the dropping acid diet. it's doesn't work for everyone but it is a safe place to start. the recommendations above are based on this:

and maybe try to drink at least 8oz of cabbage juice for 10 days not more than 32. mix it with 1 carrot or celery not more. it cured my gastritis.
but what you have could be something else besides gastritis. please go to the doctor.
wishing you wellness!
