Hi there,
walking briskly is as good as anything. It's one exercise I find doesn't irritate me.
You could do a little bit of dancing to your favourite music - that's always good - lifts your spirits and is a way of getting a bit of exercise. You could get your toddler to join in too - make it fun!
It's not easy having a little person to look after - and time is hard to come by - but even walking up and down a few times can get you heart rate up!
