What do i have ?

Im confused about an irritating condition for a few months now .

Every so often I get just a warm feeling in my left center chest . It lasts a little bit then goes away
it seems to happen in the middle or late afternoon . Ive been cleared of any heart related problems

Its a nuisance more than anything . At first I thot acid reflux but upon reading further I don't exhibit those symptoms . It doesn't happen directly after eating either ? any ideas ?

I get this too followed by some dizziness. I eat lunch around 12:30-1 and it is now 3:30 so it seems to hit about 2 hours after lunch. I'm starting to think it's the wheat bread I have as a sandwich for lunch.
