This came out of nowhere. At first, I couldn't almost breathe air like I was about to die. Then, while I was about to go to the hospital, I got better a very little. Then I didn't proceed on going to the hospital because I thought it was just acid reflux because just a month ago that time, I suffered from acid reflux which symptoms were 1) burping after drinking, 2) nausea, 3) difficulty of breathing that would last for only about 2 hours, no heartburn. Then, after that, it never goes away. I then went to the ER. My chest X-Ray and ECG came out normal. My oxygen saturation is also 95% and above. The doctor also provided me oxygen therapy but it didn't make me feel better. It's been 1 and a half month now but I'm still suffering from this difficulty of breathing. But I got a little better again, only a little. During the first weeks, it was severe all day. Then, I got a little better. It was changing from medium and severe again back and forth. Now, it changing from mild and medium back and forth. In other words, it's like semi-OFF and semi-ON now, unlike the first weeks, it was constant ON. I also feel something in my chest. I don't know if it's heartburn since it's not painful and not like burning. My chest just doesn't feel comfortable. Also, after a month since the first day, I started feeling some fluid in my chest going up but it doesn't cause burning sensation and pain like GERD sufferers say when it happens to them. What else could this be? What else can I also do? What examinations haven't I tried? I'm feeling hopeless. Please help me.
