I did write to Torax UK asking for advise, yes they just said i need to see my surgeon. They also sent my email to my surgeon that didn't go down well.

Right i have seen a GI surgeon now. Chatted for about 30 mins about my linx past. He isn't a linx surgeon but he knew all about it.
I am refluxing tiny but regular amounts. The linx is working at all the correct pressures and my swallowing is all as it should be. He asked me if i had ever had any relief, i said i had for 3 months before my lifting incident. He then asked if i had had a hernia repair, yes, well he said the only thing it can be is hernia repair failure and the device have slipped into it causing it to become unseated.
I am seeing my Doctor on Tuesday to get a referral to see an nhs linx surgeon.
Currently i am in a lot of pain again and not a happy bunny.

24 hour ph monitoring,total% time ph4 1.6,upright % ph4 time 1.5,supine% time ph4 1.8 I had 20 reflux episodes, longest one was 9 minutes., demeester score 7.49.
Inpendance, refluxes 120,gas refluxes 40,acid (ph 4),57/120,weakly acidic (ph 4-7) 59/120,non acidic/weakly alkaline (ph 7) 4/120,proportion of reflux events reaching impendanve sensor 15cm above los 23,
No of symptoms eposodes 5 no of symptoms eposodes related to impendance reflux events 1
Can you make sense of this?
